I go by "even bkim" and I am first and foremost a follower of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior.
From southern Califronia, I am a father of 3 and was born again on June 8th, 2021. I am a new creation in Christ and will never be the same.
Before being born again, I was a rapper going by the name "ODDS," trying to make it in the music industry. Driven by my selfish ambition, I never quite achieved the success I was looking for. I gave it all up once I got married and became a dad.
In January 2022, after praying and asking the LORD what my calling might be, I began to write again. I wrote the lead single "Shield" on February 3rd and haven't stopped writing since.
Prayerfully approaching the creation of the album, "Treasure in earthen vessels," it was a blessing to work on it and have been encouraged to release it officially.
I pray that the album will be a blessing to those who listen.
The name "Even Bkim" embodies a profound message, signifying that regardless of one's past, even someone like me can find eternal life through faith in Christ Jesus. Since the release of my first album, I have been sharing my gift with consistent, monthly song releases, offering a diverse spectrum of sounds suitable for worship, praise, deep reflection on the Word, dancing to infectious rhythms, appreciating lyrical artistry, and simply vibing in the spirit of God’s love. I pray the music will be a blessing.
